I’ve counseled victims of gaslighting in my practice. Here’s how to spot if you’re being gaslighted.

The phrase “gaslighting” refers to the act of undermining another person’s reality by denying facts, the environment around them, or their feelings.

Unfortunately, as a target of a gaslighter you may find yourself in the position of being manipulated into questioning your normal ability to reason, shutting down your emotions, and shifting who you are fundamentally are as a person.

The question you really need to ask yourself is: Am I being gaslighted?

The gaslighting checklist will help you:

  • Know if what you’re feeling is valid.

  • Better understand what those feelings of being powerless mean.

  • What those phrases you're hearing from them really mean

  • Guide you on what to do if you find yourself being gaslighted.

  • And much, much more!
